At Sunny Glo Creations, we take pride in handcrafting high-quality products designed to bring warmth and comfort to your space. Due to the nature of our products, please review our policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are personal-use items, we do not accept returns for:

*Used or burned candles

*Opened products without defects

*Custom or personalized orders

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

*Your order number

*A photo of damaged item and packaging

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless error was on our part. 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled. 

Shipping Issues

Sunny Glo Creations is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
